Does DineBook support M-Pesa?

Yes. DineBook is built for the Kenyan market and supports M-Pesa for deposits, pre-payments and paying the bill at the table. Deposits settle directly to the restaurant's own account.

Can guests order from their phone with DineBook?

Yes. Every table gets a QR code. Guests scan it, browse your live menu, and order from their phone. Tickets go straight to the Kitchen Display, and everyone at the table shares one bill they can split and pay by M-Pesa or card.

Does DineBook replace my POS?

DineBook covers front of house end to end: reservations, the floor, menu, ordering, the kitchen display, bills and payments. It also runs alongside an existing POS, with settings for manual entry or a connected provider.

What is Naya, the AI assistant?

Naya is DineBook's AI voice reservations agent. Guests can have a natural voice conversation with Naya to book a table 24/7. She handles date, time, party size, dietary requests, and confirmation.

Set Up Your Restaurant Profile & Branches

Enter your restaurant name, contact numbers, address, and dining guidelines. If you operate multiple locations, configure your branch profiles under Dashboard > Organization so staff can toggle between dining rooms with a single tap.

Design Your 2D & 3D Floor Plan

Head to Dashboard > Floor Plan to create your digital layout. Place square, round, and booth tables, set accurate seat counts, place structural obstacles like bars or pillars, and group tables into distinct zones like Main Dining, Patio, or Private Lounge.

Establish Service Shifts & Booking Rules

Configure opening hours and meal services (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) in Dashboard > Customize. Set booking lead times, advance reservation limits (e.g. up to 30 days ahead), and party size cutoffs to maintain full control of your kitchen capacity.

Share Your Booking Links & Print QR Codes

Find your vanity booking link under Dashboard > Reservation Links (e.g. dinebook.co/book/your-restaurant). Download high-resolution QR codes for table stands and window decals, embed the booking widget on your website, or connect Google Reserve for direct bookings.
